I’m here to briefly give my experience with Michael! I wanted to wait at least 1 week before giving a review to kinda let things settle. 1. I highly recommend him! 2. I scheduled an appointment with Michael based off of his reviews. In comparing different places, Michael’s reviews had more results vs very basic. 3. When I initially scheduled/spoke to him over the phone, I could tell he was very knowledgeable & genuine. I was still skeptical ‘just because.’ After booking I got nervous, but thought everything that we briefly spoke about was on point!! 4. Day of appointment: I walked in with an open mind & ready to go! He’s so personable!! I automatically clicked with him, he’s very warm & easy to talk to. We went through the sessions & the results were more than what I was expecting! Days afterwards I absolutely felt lighter & different (hard to explain). Some of the exercises & conversation (via his questions) were amazing (some things I wasn’t aware of that were blocking me/or stuck in my subconscious). Great experience, I am appreciative of his talents & highly recommend booking with Michael. Michael is an amazing person. I feel he is truly heaven sent and am incredibly grateful to have met such a person. After a singular 3 hour session which was already a couple months ago something has indefinitely changed within me. Like a great weight had been lifted off and I'm able to breathe and feel safe again. I had done hypnotherapy multiple times in the past but the effects did not last or have an impact as this one did. And the experience was completely different from all others. First off, he spent over an hour on the phone to build rapport and go over my concerns and goals with me, in order to focus the entire 3 hours in-person session to actually do change work and healing. This was outstanding because other therapists would normally spend the first session almost as an orientation and not have time to dive deeply as Michael did. His approach is pragmatic, wholesome and healing and I especially appreciated him taking time to teach and explain different techniques to deal with trauma, deactivate the emotional charge with certain events and words that would trigger my anxiety and depression and helping me understand how they worked. He has the approach of a therapist or emotional counselor but with a greater skillset that focuses on effectively treating the root of the problem- not telling you take meds to numb the issue and feeling much of anything or just delving into the pain and trauma over and over again with new labels and conditions to name it. He was litterally everything my naive mind had first imagined they would be before I was let down and decided traditional counseling service did not work for me-but a million times better. The inner child work was just transformational. And at the end of my session I received Reiki for the first time. I had so much emotional release and the tears just all came out. Having gone through traffic for 2 hours to get there I'm so glad that I was able to experience such a gift and have recommended him to many people that are looking to change their lives.

I had my session with Micheal just under a week ago and he helped me immensely. Even drove me home when there was no Uber or lyft’s available. The session was amazing! Mike’s remarkable progress in his own individual unfoldment is quite apparent in his healing sessions. My session began with an exercise which allowed me to release the most subtle tension unconsciously held in my body. My first interaction with Mike was during a meditation session he held. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and provides much information including tactics you can leverage to move through life with more ease. Many of the things he spoke of during that session resonated deeply with me and pushed be to do a personal session.

When we met, Mike took time before the actual session to get to know me, what I am developing, and seeking to create. During this portion he listened deeply to me and provided much insight. He then created a concoction catered to myself that included cleansing, sound meditation (using quartz sound bowls and a gong), reiki, and a compartmentalizing exercise to finish the session. The whole session was great- my favorite was the sound portion. You feel completely encompassed in the vibrations. Mike takes you through a journey through many fascinating and entrancing sounds so smoothly.

After the session I felt very light and weeks later I continue to move more lightly and aware of the control I have over my environment. The session was a great leap and I look forward to the next.

Michael and I met initially through a meditation class that he offers at a nearby studio. His breadth of knowledge within the holistic healing world is INCREDIBLY expansive in nature, and fortunately for those he's healing, there is no guru/egoic-lead aura about him; he just knows his stuff and is humbled by it and has a strong desire to help and heal. There is a radiant light to him as an individual, so when I found out that he provides healing services as well, I was certainly on board. Little did I know what I would be in for- SO MUCH HEALING.

His space is a welcoming environment that brings about an air of harmonious zen and it's kind of like a cool breeze, welcoming and refreshing. Clean, organized, lovely. (This to me, was just a bonus, but I know an important part for some.)

We had broken out my healing session into two sessions. He was able to provide a calming herbal concoction, which was a feeling I could liken to a sigh of relief and releasing of tension. We started our session off with theta wave binaural beats, as well as a flashing light session (I'll learn the name of what it was eventually). He was patient in explaining what theta waves are within the brain, answered the questions I had (which are always a lot) and just KNOWS. A. TON. I cannot stress enough how much of a priority that is when I'm energetically opening myself up to a healer - it's nice to know that whichever healer I'm working with knows their stuff and not only was he knowledgeable but also never made me feel like what I was asking was a silly/commonsense question. It was a comforting conversation.

The second part of the first session included Reiki and sound healing. Beforehand, he had asked if there were any particular physical ailments or anything bothering me in my mental or emotional bodies, which I didn't think were even there. Once our Reiki/sound session had concluded, he discussed with me the various things he had noticed about my chakras/overall energetic health, and then further investigated my current personal practices as to why it may be expressing as a heavy (yet open) heart chakra, and we navigated to a solution to prevent me from repeating that pattern.

The session that followed leaned more towards the hynpotherapy aspect of his healing modalities, as well as integrated NLP with theta wave light and sound therapies. I spoke about different problems I'm sorting through and he addressed it through neurolinguistic programming approach. Shortly after that, he brought in hypnotherapy that worked in harmony with sound and light therapies.

I honestly felt like I floated out on a cloud once our sessions had concluded. I was blown away by how lighter/brighter/more aligned I felt after the fact. To give you an idea, we worked through some trauma I had held for far too long, ADHD symptoms, fear, confidence, and just overall health.

Friends who I have yet to meet, I cannot recommend his services highly enough. I know this was essentially a small novel that you never asked for, so I guess the TLDR; version would be: book a session, feel lighter, accomplish your goals, and feel the heal.

I highly recommend Virtuous Healing for all your reiki/hypno-therapy needs and literally can't stop telling my loved ones to try it out. Michael embodies the meaning of a healer. His space is welcoming, warm, safe, and quite comforting. We began the session with talk therapy, discussing why I came to him and what I needed. He was supportive, attentive, and very empathetic to my struggles. After that we moved into brain wave therapy which was a first for me! It was amazing and much more soothing than I expected. From there we began reiki and all I can say is WOW!! I have received small amounts of reiki in the past, but never had an experience like this one. The room was filled with delightful scents of sage, essential oils, and incense. At points he used singing bowls and even a drum for sound healing (the drum was fantastic) while soothing, ambient music played in the background. The reiki was a major release for me, my muscles were twitching and parts of my body became super hot. It was honestly hard for me to hold back tears during this moment as the release was so powerful. From there we began the hypnosis therapy - another profound and powerful moment for me. During this session I discovered intense emotions and epiphanies surrounding my trauma and life. He was able to help me see the positive purpose in my trauma and more importantly helped me to let go of traumatic events. The few hours I spent with Michael provided me with the greatest emotional release and healing I feel I’ve ever had. I am looking forward to future sessions and working through my life’s trauma.

P.S. Even if you are not interested or skeptical about hypno-therapy I still highly recommend Michael for reiki and brain wave therapy. Incredibly powerful tools that offer immense release.
